You can find everything about the new pricing system in this article.
What is a dynamic pricing system?
Dynamic price management (also known as dynamic pricing) means that the price the adapts to the current market situation. In concrete terms, this means that the price depends on Supply and demand varies. Price adjustments are calculated using automatic algorithms. What price is spent in the end is influenced by many factors. The system checks the general Price level on the marketthe occupancy and booking situation in the hotel, current events, Seasonal times etc. These supply factors are then matched with demand. This results in a fair daily price for the guest. Simply put, the earlier you book and the lower the demand for your booking period, the cheaper the price. This model is already being used successfully by airlines and in other industries.
